Limited Quantities

All BOWs accessories are handcrafted in our own atelier in Venlo, The Netherlands.

All BOWs are limited-production items made from small batch deadstock silk fabrics, carefully selected from European suppliers. Each piece is unique and available only in limited quantities.

 

Shipping

Free shipping on all orders.

Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is correct when placing an order. We are unable to change addresses after the order is placed.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

BOWcollectors cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier, but we will always try to support you if issues arise.

 

Delivery

Production Time: Orders are processed as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 5 days.
Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • The Netherlands: 3–4 business days

  • Germany & Belgium: 4–6 business days

Please note:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions or remote areas.

 

You will be able to track your package via a tracking link.

 

Prices & Taxes

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Important: BOWcollectors is currently registered under the Kleineondernemersregeling (KOR) in the Netherlands. This means we are not required to charge Dutch VAT (BTW) on our products.

International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in their country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Return policy

Our BOWs are designed to stay with you for a lifetime.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

 

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including all packaging (e.g. gift box, tags).

  • Shipping costs originally paid (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Sale items and discounted purchases are non-returnable.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@bowcollectors.com with your order number and full name.

  2. We will confirm whether your return is accepted.

  3. If accepted, please ship the product back using a trackable service and email us the tracking link.

  4. After we have received and checked the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

 

Important Notes

  • Items that are worn, damaged, altered or returned outside the return window will not be accepted.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage during transit.

  • We are not responsible for refunding any customs duties or taxes paid.

  • Returns received after the allowed period will be refused and returned to sender.

 

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

As a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your item.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly by email at info@bowcollectors.com within this 14-day period. You will then have 14 days to return the goods.

 

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute or claim arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in the Netherlands.
